All work is guaranteed against defects or damage caused by or as the result of negligence on the part of A.T. Custom Painting as listed below.

Paint Quality: Surface irregularities due to poor application of paint or clear coat.

Surface Defects: Delamination of finish within 5 years of paint job. Chips, divets, orange peel, bleeding, dry spray, runs , sags, scratches (not caused by customer).

Shipping damage due to inadequate packaging on the part of A.T. Custom Painting.

In the event that personal property is damaged by A.T. Custom Painting, I will cover full payment of repair or replacement and any shipping charges involved subject to my discretion. Replacement price will be commensurate to the actual value of the item damaged. Before item will be replaced or reimbursed, A.T. Custom Painting must receive the damaged item.

Example:

If I damage a used fender, I will purchase or refund the cost of the value of a used fender not a brand new one unless finding a used one is not possible . Value shall be determined at A.T. Custom Painting's sole discretion.

A.T. Custom Painting accepts no responsibilty for damaged or lost property in shipping transit . We strongly recommend insuring all shipments made to us. In the event of damaged propery due to the shipping carrier, it will be the customer's sole responsibility to pursue reimbursement from the carrier.
